Change your snap to 1/4 beat to put it back to normal, then keep it on beat to avoid this from happening

Delete the 'bad' block. Change snap to Bar. Insert block

its ok when snap is on 'beat'. but what is the difference between eg. beat and 1/4step? i mean its just how the playlist is displayed?

It's good. Really helps with programming, triplets, keeping things in time or purposely out of time etc. Extremely handy and it's in all DAWs. If you wanted to make realistic music, like music played by an orchestra or something, generally you would turn this off and put the notes where they sound right, not necessarily in time as humans don't play perfectly like a computer does. That goes for something like drums as well.

i know but wont this particular 'beat' snap mode limit me somehow? is it better to use a smaller time layout?

Not really, just leave it at the default when arranging until you want to program triplets or something. Experiment with it. Not used FL in a while but I remember you can also have it set different on the playlist versus the piano rolls if I remember correctly. Also holding ALT will allow you to turn it off temporarily until you release ALT again.

It seems you use pattern blocks on the playlist as opposed to audio. With audio the snap set to off is especially helpful, but I don't remember much about pattern blocks except that they got really confusing the bigger the project got.
