Hi guys,
I am trying to setup all my mapping for my trigger finger with live for my own personalized DJ template.
I manage to assign all the knobs and sliders and pads to the relevant clips and FX in ableton, however I am trying to set it up so that I can save this as like Bank 1 or Preset 1 and then I am trying to reassign those same knobs sliders and pads to different FX chains and clips in ableton.
So that i can just hit the memory recall button and chose a different preset I have saved and then control a FX and clips with the same knobs etc.
PLeeeaseee any sugestions cos I am FAILING epicly with the User manual as well as trying to figure out the enigma software......
Basically I need to be able to do what the APC 40 is capable of, where you can scroll banks so in theory I could have 256 clips mapped between all 16 banks?

I had to use Bank 8 cos Bank 2, 3 and 4 has the same CC chanel as bank 1.djdeadb3ats wrote:This is easy < dont use enigma at all because it sux and just confuses you, take bank one, midi map everything then switch to bank 2 and do the same thing save your template and now every time you open that project file everything will be saved and you jus just change banks -hope this helps
So when i map my one knob in bank 1 it maps as eg CC10/10 and then Bank 2 also uses freaking CC10/10.
How do I edit this?
Thanks for the help

You can setup 16 unique presets without Enigma by assigning the global channel on presets 1-16 to channels 1-16 respectively.
Start by resetting your trigger finger.
Next recall preset 16 and set the Global Channel to 1. To change the Global Channel, put the TF in Edit Mode by pressing 'Memory Recall' & 'Prog/Bank Change' at the same time, and with the 2 LED's flashing, move the F2 slider down til "c01" appears on the LCD.
Save this to preset 1 by pressing "Save & Exit" followed by Pad P1.
Now change the Global Channel to 2, then save it to preset 2, and so on. You can do that for as many unique setups as you'd like, just remember that Preset 16 defaults to Global Channel 10.
Any saved assignments would be saved as part of the project in Live. *******************
