How to seperate tracks once recording a mix?

Anyone know how to separate the tracks in a mix once its been recorded, like what programme would help me do this?

YOU CAN USE WAVELAB , AUDACITY OR EVEN ABLETON LIVE TO SLICE THE MIX INTO TRACKS. WAVELAB IS THE BEST BET
