Long ass song titles are cruise control for awesome.
Coincidentally including ambient time stretch versions of tracks at their end, as a coda, is also cruise control for awesome.
Soundcloud
Any feedback much appreciated.

sounds like Eskmo. Great sound. You reversed the whole into? Thats a long reverse.
...wanna collab? Im down for new sounds, send me a PM please.

production sounds good but tbh i totally lost interest like 2 and a half minutes in, and when it started going in reverse i just skipped through it. the reverse just seems totally unnecessary, reminds me of that wonder showzen where they play the whole show backwards halfway through and then its over. i couldn't listen to any of the ambient part (and i love ambient music).
also the instrumentation is very enya (not necessarily a bad thing). cool melody lines too, lots of twists and turns

It's the theme from about 28-55 seconds that got reversed, might be a little long, but i figured it worked so why not? you know?paradigm001 wrote:sounds like Eskmo. Great sound. You reversed the whole into? Thats a long reverse.

that's a pity, i felt like the reverse was interesting, i exported the main theme and brought it back in and when i heard it in reverse i thought it sounded nice enough to warrant it's being there - didn't really think it was unnecessary given how it sounded, like, i wasn't just doing it to fill up the track if you know what i mean, i genuinely wanted it there because i thought it was a good musical theme :/ - different taste i guess. Pity about the ambient part too, I thought it sounded nice :/

on second listen i am enjoying the ambient part quite a bit more
i think the reverse part is definitely a matter of taste as it doesn't sound bad or out of place at all, its just not something that im into ya know? the bassline is wicked btw

One question, where do you get the Asian string sounds from?
Once again, lovely wet claps, lovely overall vibe. Your music speaks to me man, The Floods is on repeat quite frequently.
I would split this into two tracks through, one for the time stretch, and one for the first half.
Delicious.
