Atom Heart and Cheap Thrills. In Beat used to be quite good but was shut down recently. Honestly I've been pretty amazed as to how awful the record stores I've visited in Montreal are for dance music, especially dubstep/grime/funky/garage.
Looking for some other places though, if there are any...

I've been to a couple and tbh there isn't much stuff..there's beatnick on St-Laurent where i found some soul jazz comps(Box of dub 1 and 2 and Future Bass LP) and there's Aux 33 Tours, where I found Scientist launches dubstep into outerspace..but other than that don't know much..where's cheap thrills?

Cheap Thrills is at 2044 Metcalfe, near McGill campus. They don't have an amazing edm selection, but it's there. I got Shackleton's 3 EPs there.
Atom Heart has the best selection in the city, and if they don't have what you're looking for, talk to the guy at the front desk and he'll order it and it's cheaper than buying online + shipping from UK. (Big up Bowly!)
