Keep them off the flyer IMO, all about the DL.

I don't go to FWD to expecting hear them, but when they do turn up it's a bonus.

At least they do a proper set at FWD unlike Sidewinder.

keep them off the flyer - it keeps the dubstep tourists away. last week they were the best i have seen them, starting to develop a style for dubstep, realising its not grime and that the mc is there to do a different job to one they would be doing over grime, toned down the levels of their hype and rolled more.

i was kind of joking about them being on the flyer...

yeah i agree last week they were HEAVY. (altho not necessarily cos they 'toned down the hype'.. nothing wrong with a bit of hype! )

anyway it's clear they're both well into the dubstep sound/atmosphere etc and that's great i reckon!

yh i agree, if you compare them to some of those mc's that tubby seems to bring down they go over much nicer, whenever ive heard tubbies sets with the grime mcs over it the mic levels are always too loud and just can't here the tunes proparly. but i personaly don't feel mc's over dubstep anyway if its any more than the occasional one liner.

people like Flo Dan and maybe Riko Slower are good examples of an mc over dubstep. that ragga flow and patois.

I prefer a slightly less Jamaican style of MC, seems like an excuse for not saying a lot of different things to me/also a bit put on and part of the "cool factor", and we DO live in England, maybe i'm just ignorant and not understanding the words tho. Jah War is one of my favourite tunes at the mo still. Footsie and Double are heads and shoulders the best MC's to catch at FWD for me, Skepta and JME come v close second tho!

unquestionably, i'm just saying that i personally prefer to find it easy to work out what the geezers are saying, and i don't want every mc over dubstep reppin a Jamaican accent
