if everyone wanted to come in and just post some tunes where ever without having read things on the site that would point them in the right direction the whole place would be one big cluster fuck now wouldn't it? forums like this maintain a sense of establishment so everything is neat and in place at least most of the time so people feel like its a credible source and want to keep returning.
