midi keyboard for £100

Post by alus » Sun Aug 21, 2011 9:26 pm

i know theres a lot of that kind of threads but i want a keyboard with keys only. it doesn't actually have to have only keys but keys are they only thing that is important to me now. i mean i need a midi keyboard, i have £100 ( i know, i know) and i dont need one with shitloads of knobs, pads etc actually i dont need them at all, so if there are any cheap and good for this price that you know, tell me. thanks :)

edit: oh right, i forgot about very important thing. its has to be big! at least 49 keys. lets say i cant go up to £150. and i have no problem with it being used, ebay here i come :) so its not that im looking for keyboard with keys only, but for that price i cant get a good one, so at least i want it to have as nice keys as possible

Akai LPK25: http://www.amazon.com/Akai-Pro-LPK25-Pe ... B002M8GBDI

Small and cheap. Has an arpeggiator, but just keys besides that :)

M-Audio Oxygen 49 are around that price, and include some knobs and sliders. I had one of the original models and hated it but they seemed to have changed since and look a lot nicer. The main thing I didn't like was the size and style, otherwise it worked fine.

Yeah the design, and it felt cheap. Actually I remembered earlier I had the Radium 49 which is obsolete now, but the Oxygen seems to be the new improved version.
