go more oldschool with it guys... really, there are alot of elements i feel are missing from the new shit thats coming out..

If you listen the track "All I Ask Of You", you'l see that its Progressive House...although he hasnt made alot of that as far as i know of.

hey guys I thought that this would be the best thread to post this video on how to make the scream style synth that you hear in skrillex's tracks as well as the knife party and a number of other artists. there is also a number of other production video's on my page covering all types of stuff not just synth work.

omgz, I just cracked the skirillex bass in FL.
Open Wave Traveller (u get it with FL), put on the preset GO and play C6. SKRILLEX BASS

you can get similar results by sampling burps, or flatulence. Pitch'em down some, reverse, stretch, whatever tickles your fancy... just make sure to capture the nastiest of organic sounds, and then spend hours upon hours, shaping it into a growl that is pretty played out.
