the big fucker that got chucked out my window got back in, went down the back of my bed and crawled up the wall next to my face. i literally jumped and shouted something that was a garbled mess between - fucking hell and oh my god. i chucked a trainer at, missed, and the bastard ran away, so i put some clothes on and had to hunt him down and kill him. i dont feel good about it, i just wouldnt have been able to sleep in this room again if it wasnt dead or been removed.

what worries me the most is that isnt the same but another one and that his mate is gonna come and avenge his death.

No I like spiders, they eat up the annoying insects. I haven't seen many here, but before I moved cities last, I lived right near a quarry and there was always explosions that would make the foundation shake, so everyone had ants and insects coming up a lot. I always let the spiders just chill in the corners, and I would always see a bunch of dead ants and stuff around them so they got my respect. I hate ants more because they get into cupboards and foods.

It was out in a wooded area in suburbia so sometimes there was scorpions and stuff around the pool, sometimes drowned at the bottom. I dunno if you guys know, but dead scorpions smell like some rotting fish. Off topic, but reminded me of that.

Anyway, spiders are cool by me. I'm not in a rush to hold them or touch them, but I let them chill. The extra big ones or ones that look like they could be poisonous I just let them crawl on a piece of paper or something and take them back outside. Tbh I'm more worried about them biting my cat when he's asleep than me.

I'm quite good at killing them tho, as them squashed is 1000% better than being in a room with one and not knowing where it is. I usually use something like a big A4 uni textbook with thick but flexible covers, throw it at the wall so the front slaps and properly gets them. Don't feel bad at all about killing them

Used to be shit scared off all spiders, apart from stupidly tiny ones, until I went to Oz. Mate had huntsmen in his house. You quickly realise that these fuckers are 1000 times larger and worse than most UK spiders.

One time before I went to Oz I was watching late night hollyoaks (yes only watching nothing else) and noticed a pretty large spider (but not that big) on the wall behind the TV. I dont like killing them as a) they make a fat mess on the wall b) i dont like killing things. So I emptied a glass and put it over it on the wall. It didnt move and I didnt have anything to put over the end of the glass, so stood there for the whole of Hollyoaks holding this glass against the wall!! After a while it moved and i managed to get it off the wall. But yeah I was shit scared.

So in conclusion only really big fuck off spiders scare me now! Although I am glad I cant see most of these pics that are being posted as Im at work.
