In terms of drums I have a few preset ableton EQ 8's that I use. Wanted to upload them on here, but it looks like this forum doesn't do file attachments... SO yeah just wrote this quike article on it
Eq'ing Drums with ableton
Also got some other rad articles on there about drum layering anddrum effects to add to your arsenal.
