Home today. Had a fever yesterday at work, decided to hang tough until the end of the day. Relaxing now. I still managed to run for half an hour this morning. After I change my sheets and take a shower, I will tackle the book I've been slaving since the weekend.

Gym card is falling apart after 4yrs of solid use, and all the staff at my gym kept trying to charge me £5 to get a new one. I kept rebuffing, saying that it still worked and that I wasn't prepared to pay a fiver considering I already pay for monthly membership as it is.

Last night, fit reception girl saw the card and told me that as it was falling apart through wear & tear, that she'd get me a new one for free, as the £5 charge was only for people who has lost their cards
