Re: 808 style sub bass sounds in Massive
Ive gotten some pretty good 808 style sub sounds by putting an envelope on the pitch of my osc so dips a lil when hit
i was also having issues with the clicking but envelope 4 is automatically assigned to main amp, mess about with it and that might help
EDIT: use sine/tri as voice

You could try n do a 808 massive tutorial, and then make a sub bass out of that ofc. oh and put your sub in mono
Show me your bassface

Use another envelope (envelope 1 or something) and assign it to the pitch on your sine oscillator. Whack it up all the way to 64 and mess with the attack and decay settings, you can give it a real punch like a kick drum.sofa_sofa wrote:This is how I first tried to fix the click/pop. But you lose that punch.djevatenna wrote:envelope 4 controls the master volume envelope, adjust the attack setting (make it longer), this will get rid of your pops.

The Goldbaby samples have been known to make me slightly hard on occasion.Sparxy wrote:This too, I have the roland samples too, they are fantasticElectric_Head wrote:I use The Machine Roland 808 Samples or Tyrell N6
