Random - but I'm wondering if anyone who's big in the scene these days is under 21. I can't think of anyone off the top of my head but am hoping you all can help.

this is the first one i thought of, too, but i wasn't sure. read an interview earlier this year where he said he finished school in june of 2010, so i guess he'd be 21-22?
