Yeah.. Unfortunately Stealth pretty much runs the scene here this days..
Not like back in the day when you had plenty of options to get your fix of bass music in multiple venues (Blueprint & Garvey mainly spring to mind)
Nothing wrong the venue, just the folk it attracts these days.. but then again, with the right line-up it can always be a good night.. and if Kahn was on the line-up i'd go regardless of whether it was full of numptys or not.
Basslaced would probs be the best option.. Speak to a dude called Tom Edgar.. pretty sure he's on here somewhere.

Like the diversity in their production skills. UK Funky on Punch Drunk and classic dubstep on Box Clever and both releases are absolutely anthems in their field.
