You have to assume adult swim got exclusive distribution on them for a certain period of time, after which the artists will get more control over them again, how things always work with commercial projects like that.

Once the timeframe runs out, the artists will probably give them away themselves in 320...

All of this is going off of what I saw happen with the flying lotus remixes a while back. He let them distribute exclusive and they did 256, a few months later they were on his twitter in 320 though.
