This is a relief, I was worried graphics had finally moved on without my computer. Bought my PC for about $1000 in 2008 and it still plays Crysis 2 on high settings. I guess I can thank the consoles holding us back for that...

Its already online for those of us who pre-ordered and I've gotta be honest... at least in this unfinished version, its pretty disappointing. Gameplay is tops, but its loaded with an unusual number of glitches even for a beta and the whole Origin/Battlelog system if you're on PC is retarded. Still has the potential to be a great game though, hopefully all the issues are sorted out come October 25

Nope, the beta won't be going up at midnight. Just did a bit of googling and a Q&A provided the details.

pretty good but the beta crashes a lot on the xbox version has loads of glitches but its still pretty shit hot
