Reason 4 Sequencing Software question.....

Is Reason v4 Sequencing Software the same as Reason v4?

Sorry for my ignorance, lol, but i want to buy Reason v4, and I have seen a good deal for Reason v4 Sequencing Software, but i am not sure if it is the same? I was wondering if the Reason v4 Sequencing Software was, like an upgrade, or...?

If Reason v4 Sequencing Software is the main software, than I'll get it.

Why do people always interchange the words "than" and "then"? They're not the same word! It's only started happening in the last couple of months, dam the internet and its silly ways!
