This is my first dubstep production. I'd like to know what you all think. It's pretty chill, not a rave type of dubstep. Also, I really recommend good speakers/sub. I'm not an audiophile or anything, but having heard this on my good speakers and on my stock laptop speakers, its pretty crappy without the good sub.
Let me know what you think. Constructive criticisms are encouraged. The track was made purely in GarageBand by me by hand (no stock loops or samples). I know, I know. "Ew.. GarageBand... Really? zomg n00b! Use [insert better software here] instead!" Bah. I had it installed already and I'm lazy.

there is some good composition and progression going on here.. Seems like you already have a good idea of the main parts of a dubstep track. Having said that it could use a little more sound design and automation of individual sounds. I'm not just gonna go right out and say that garageband isn't good enough but if you have another program like you were saying it would really bring your production to the next level to work on something proper. This could be a massive track if the synths had some more texture and and the drums were crisped up.

Yeah man, mongrels right, very nice work man, but there is some things that could be done(no point in repeating it though).
As for the track itself, I love that intro dude, it's great. Rest of the song is real nice too, only thing I'd suggest is lowering the wobbles, as they are a bit too loud. Bar that man, great track, keep it up.

Thanks for the comments and compliments! Could either of you give specific examples of how the track could be improved? (like the suggestion to lower the wobbles... though I'd specifically put them at that level because when they were lower, they seemed [to me anyway] to be drowned out).
Also, I kind of like working in GarageBand, but I'm very new to all of this, so I'm sure even using GB I could have made it sound "better", by adjusting effects, etc. more or in a different way than I did.
However, that said, is they any suggestion of (very much preferably free) software to try out instead?
