you need to hard limit a little more the beginning. Some filthy sounds though. Like movie sound fx. Your bass is eqed wrong. You have too much high end and not enough mids, I would address that. Its a sick sounding bass you just have to eq it though, I cant stress that enough. You gotta trust me. Check out my latest Human Error if you have a chance.

Thanks for the feedback man! I actually eq'd some of the mids out on purpose. I thought it gave a nice characteristic to the bassline :). I liked the fact that all of the bass comes from the sub. But thanks, I will definately keep that in mind!

OK, I made some changes to the high end of my bassline.

Something about the way you handle your cymbals has my jaw dropping. I agree that the mids in the bass are a little weak. Sorry if that's what you were going for, but it's Sapping a little oomph out of the track in the heaviest part.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I agree that some of those bass sounds don't have a lot of mid frequencies but i think that the sub bass brings the most "oomph" to the tune anyway. but i'll try to make my mids better for the next tune! Thanks again!

but i do agree with having your mids in a fat bass , i use reason and it lacks highs and mids so i eq them up haveing the sub a seperate track but doing the same thing as what the rest of my bass is doing

Yh, i guess that I have to pay a little more attention to my mids next time. But I gotta say that I'm still very happy about how my bassline turned out to be. But I'll keep all your people's tips in mind next time that i'm mixing my tunes

Thanks!

Man, that was awesome. I hate to say it but i agree you need to let the midrange cut through abit more, but honestly it didn't bother me that much because that bass sound is just too cool haha. I really like the intro though, would fit well in some apocalypse movie this tune imo :D.

Yeah awsome bass sounds as has already been mentioned they are a bit top heavy. The intro is incredibly long, i's like half the length of the whole track, I guess thats fine if ya not intending this for the dancefloor. Any great sounds :D

This is just a clip of the whole tune so the intro is half of the track because of that. And the intro is 32 bars long which is pretty "standard" length of dubstep intros :). But yeah, this tune is probably not a dancefloor tune though. Thanks for the comment!
