Ah shit. That sucks man. I also don't really understand why they didn't let you guys know right after the pre-order stopped... Instead they're now letting everybody wait a week, letting everbody think they've got a copy, but then on the date of release they're suddenly saying that it got overordered...
I mean, they had to know that right away, if they had 1000 copies of of this and they see that 1500 people have placed an order for it, then they could've atleast let us know that they're trying to figure it out but they're unfortunately forced to let some people down.

Anyway, would you care to share your order# with us Murky?

Begs the question of what their ordering system is like. I mean, a schoolkid could make a little database application that has say 1000 of Item A, and after 1000 orders have been made, you can't make any more orders. I can only assume it was heavy demand and people confirming their orders at the same time.

Long if you missed out though, I feel for you (unless I miss out too!)

Got an update guys!
Apparently, due to the over whelming demand their ordering system became overloaded. Therefore all orders that were placed after 11pm BST on Monday October 10th will be refunded. These orders were initially processed but the record had already been sold out at that time.
So if you placed your order before 11pm you should still be getting it I think.

I placed mine at around 8 or 9 pm so I guess I'm lucky then.
