Thank you to the person that posted a video of the 6 eyed sand spider (Sicarius Terrosus‏) ... I fell in love with it's cuteness!

This was the video another member posted in the spider thread

I purchased one yesterday. Arrives from Germany Wednesday. I'll get some images when it arrives.

One bite from this thing and you either lose your limb, or death is certain. No anti venom exists.

Note ... I absolutely HATE house spiders. They scare the shit out of me. But, one of the worlds most deadly ... are beautiful. Not that I'll be touching it. Caring for it with extreme care! Can't be worse than my old pokie ... that fucker was a nasty bastard!

I can't stand house spiders, they freak me the fuck out. Ugly little things that can't be kept under control. Any spider that can be kept under control so it can't escape I don't mind. Anything that crawls on me when I sleep is freaky.
