Born in Yeovil, United Kingdom. He has released music on Warp & Hyperdub. He has collaborated and released under numerous monikers since 1992 including Harmonic 313, Global Communication (with Tom Middleton), Troubleman, Reload, Link, Harmonic 33 (with Dave Brinkworth), Pulusha (with Kirsty Hawkshaw, formerly of Opus III) and a collaboration with Om'mas Keith of Sa-Ra.
