Can someone ID that delightful Acid House track after Joy O's "Ellipsis"? Its around 28 minutes. It's got that sick sample "So tell me where were you the first time you heard acid..."

Track Id at 1 hour 23 minutes; this just took me away on the drive home this morning....pretty sure it was the one before this
