Dubstep, scream building upto drop (a track i made)

Post by robwan » Wed Nov 30, 2011 3:50 pm

Dont worry its not a cheesy DBZ tune, its my own composition, however i thought it would be cool to integrate the infamous 'charging up scream' from DBZ into a drop of some sort, let me know what u think.

p.s. I'm still a beginner, so apologies if things like bass/snares being to loud etc etc. any constructive criticism is more than welcome thanks

scream build up to drop is at 00:40, then theres a wobble bass sequence at 1.40ish

Solid work man, the only thing that I would change would be to get a bit more of a "crack" or higher pitched snare, personal preference though. All in all though it sounds good man, keep it up!

Dude this sounds sick. I think a classic Goku "Ka-Meh-Ha-Meh-Ha" would be pretty tight too(as a slow build to a drop or something).

Thanks man, thats not a bad shout actually, im thinking of extending the tune anyways so another build up would be required and for diversity that would fit just right...looks like ill have a to do some some searching for a nice clean ka-meh-ha-meh-ha wav file now :4:
