December 1st Plans..

For this upcoming year, I want to get my first release and play my first show shortly thereafter.

Lol, I just remembered, I'm going on vacation for some weeks in a few days, so I'll probably not reach my goal

Gonna try to get an EP finished and signed, before the world shits itself and blows up in 2012! And I'm going to try getting some DJ/live PA gigs, since next summer I'll finally be of legal drinking age in Canada and can start getting in touch with promoters in clubs and bars.

Oh yeah and my harddrive broke, moved all the wrong files on to my laptop, can't remove them, and I'm going to Hong Kong Dec 12th.

Well, it'll have been just over a month since I started producing, so I aim to have a song, be it my own or a remix that people think is good and are astounded I made in such a short timespan of learning I've literally dedicated every waking moment to learning this at the moment, so hopefully I'll have something decent!

I'm still working on creating my own unique sound, will hopefully have another experimental song done by the end of this month. Going to spend most of next year focussing on releasing some songs independently and building up a small fanbase. Also hope to generally improve my production ability

Most importantly I'm going to come up with an actual production name

The only thing I plan to do in December is to spend as much of it drunk as possible.

I have changed my mind since making this statement. My new plan for December is to recover from the worlds craziest weekend in Liverpool which involved about 4 hours sleep in 3 days... Ergh.

By the end of the month? Have my band's LP recorded and at least in the hands of an m.e., hopefully in release process really though. For all those itnerested, we're playing jazz-ish stuff jam band style, not so much writing songs as just jamming together and ending back at the same places sometimes... gonna be pretty big.

Have a few dubstep bangers to turn loose this month as well, though I dont really plan to produce anymore for a bit... Pitching a deep-ish release to labels now actually, have a blog article coming out sometime in the next week or two Imma give a tune away on... Plus, my first EP as Teknicyde comes out January if all goes well, so heres hoping I finish that up.

Last... Get some bookings for 2012 lined up, regardless what alias or vibe they're for, want to find some decent timeslots this year.
