Was that the one shipped with PS1? If so, then it was nuts, i remember battering the hell out of the grind session demo, the other one where you played the guy landing on venus, collecting the energy crystals or we and shooting the robots was pretty good one too, never made it to the end, though. The crash demo was sick too
I remember playing NHL 01 at my friend's, he would beat me every time, i think we played some duke nukem too.
THPS 2 too and then there was some game with military aircrafts, we played cooperative multiplayer, can't remember the title tho, but i think it might have been Harrier Attack.
I think multiplayer was what made PS1 something awesome.
Then i had some games i battered a lot, V-rally was one of them... Then F1 2000 (not the EA one), the game was full of bugs, when i won the championship winning every single race (17 races,10 points for a win) i ended up with like 190 points. It was fun still ( i was like 11 at the time) and the hidden cars were fucking sick!!!
Then THPS4 i borrowed of my friend.... I spent so much time playing that... Once my mum took away my PS1... Can't remember what for, but she did. I had school holidays, though and once i found where she has hidden it, i took it out and played from the morning until she came back from work, i used to turn it off a bit sooner for it to cool down too. But eventually she found out and took the power cable to work with her and i was fucked. I'm not too sure but i think i dug up the power adapter with adjustable Voltage output and used that, not sure

Anyway, THPS4 was great, the video clips were ace. I remember struggling a bit with that thing when you had to collect the C-O-M-B-O letters on Alcatraz, but i got it in the end

I spent ages playing with paek and skate editors too, i found out, that when you put 4 halfpipe corners together to form some sort of bowl, you could get a few good millions of pts, because when you landed a trick and did the pivot whatsoever you were immediately in the air again. I remember filming my first 1 million combo, it was in the sewer level, grinding around in circles on those pipes or what it was above the ground.
Lego racer was pretty neat too, i hated the kind of aztec or something track, just before the finish line, the track split into 3 passages and there was the mummy's curse in one of thm, one that fucks up yoir controls, how many races i lost because of that!

i was almost in tears when tge diac got scratched and stopped working
Crash bandicoot 3 was a classic too, i remember i was frustrated because my mate once showed me his save and he had it 106% completed, but i couldn't get over 105% it was either the area 51 bike race or the jetski race in cortex lab i couldn't get. I hated some robot in those future levels too, but i can't remember it
Rayman was nice game too, but i couldn't get it. I just got to few % i think i couldn't get past somewhere around the music world. I was so sad when i listed the manual with all the pictures of different locations...
Firestorm: thunderhawk 2. Pretty shit game looking back at it, but back then,i enjoyed it. I remember i kept one enemy alive often just to be able to cruise around the map (especially the city levels) shooting the trees, which was pretty funny as they exploded. I used to chase down soldiers jumping from their tanks too
I got this game called shadowman too, but it was in german and i couldn't understand shit. It was pretty scary to me at the time too, dogs running at you out of nowhere, scary sounds, the zombies or whatevet they were. Never found out what the game was about, but i think jack the ripper was mentioned in the intro.
Then there was this digimon game i uses to played at my,cousin's whenever i was around theirs. It was pretty fun, kind of RPG thing. He got a lot further than me, though. I remember that sometimes we would roam around the map waiting for some digimon to appear somewhere or just looking for something when we weren't progressing in the game. We was so satisfied when we found something! And i don't think we ever got to an end. There was this ninjamon or something appearing every now and then and you basically chased him.
Last but not least. The mighty GT2. I think the best racing game i ever played. Just... So many possibilities, and as a sucker for japanese cars, i was amazed. I tried to run it through emulator this year actually, but the game was malfunctioning, crippling the gameplay. Still kept on playing for a few months. And the deleted/hidden stuff was pretty interesting too. Hands down, this game was the shit.
Oooh the nostalgia... i could go on some more, but my hands hurt a bit as i typed this on my phone
