My assistant got my face tattoo'd across her back this week as a tribute to my effective but fair management style. In other news, I enjoyed a superb nights sleeps last night thanks to my freshly washed crisp Laura Ashley sheets, and ensuring I ate my low carb, high protein pre gym meal with adequate time to digest before I settled down to bed with a mug of fresh Venezuelan hot chocolate
