saw wave bass help please

im trying to create that saw wave bass you hear in countless rnb tunes..

n i get its 2 saw waves detuned but somethings missing it just sounds too electronic... or i dont know really how to explain it, well anybody know how to do it properly<?

Try finding a brass patch and play it low. Or super saws. But the attack on this bass is a definite signal to me that it's a brass patch.

sounds like a couple of layers-- 1 really lowpassed, 1 relatively hipassed. may not have been written that way, but def. sounds mixed that way.
