FL Studio and VST's

Post by DTsriwi » Wed Dec 28, 2011 4:12 pm

Im using Massive by Native Instruments in FL Studio 10 and when I turn a knob or adjust the octave or what ever it is I adjusted in Massive the sound doesnt come through when I press a key from my key board to check what it sounds like unless I minimize FL Studio and reopen it. Its a pain when you need to check what your sounds sound like because I test them often. It would be epic if theres a solution to this and I also removed Massive DLL file from the FL vst and put it back in again still doesnt work. Please, if theres a solution to this I'd love to know. Thank you

Assign massive a MIDI input channel, and set your keys to send MIDI data on that channel instead of having them set to default. Should trigger sound always then.

This same thread has recurred many times.
Either a) use a MIDI controller, or b) hit the gear button (top left of the massive window) and theres something along the lines of 'Don't allow keyboard focus' and toggle that.
...in my opinion
