Dubstep meets UK Dub: The Return
Hello ...
Next part of my dubstep / uk dub series is up here:
http://ialityhifi.co.uk/music.html
It's a bit different from the last one ... less from the 90s dub masters like Iration Steppa, Rootsman etc, some more recent pieces from UK and Europe on labels like Black Redemption, Dubwise and Addis. On the dubstep side there's plenty of DMZ ... but no apologies for that!
Here's the tracklist:
intro
real rebel – selah collins [dubwise]
root – loefah [dmz]
mama africa – vibronics feat. iyakayh [scoops]
africa – the others [dub police]
running away – junior kigwa [black redemption]
the judgement – benga and skream [big apple]
flesh wound – timeblind [soot]
fearless dub pt 2 – the disciples [boom shaka lacka]
mood dub – coki [dmz]
bless – komonazmuk vs. whiteboi [mode]
2tone - neurosis orchestra [we bomb fi dubs]
ancient memories - digital mystikz [dmz]
magnetic city – kode9 [soul jazz]
praises in dub – restless mashaits [addis]
conference – digital mystikz [soul jazz]
There's a couple of other mixes up there on the same page in the reggae/hip hop vein. Shout out if you like them.
respects!
