So if the super conductive disk was going around the track at an extremely fast speed, would the g forces eventually pull it off?

no, it's not going to keep accelerating because there's still air resistance.
unless you're asking if there's a speed at which the centrifugal force is greater than the force keeping it there... then the answer is yes

it was pretty obvious to me the wipeout thing wasnt real, then again i watched it on the dailymail website first.
