Songs like Skream's Where You Should Be/Under the City Light

Post by q87 » Tue Jan 10, 2012 4:48 pm

Hi everyone,

Skream's "Where You Should Be" and "Under the City Lights" are two of my favorite songs ever, period. I just can't get enough of their soulful, emotional sounds and chord richness..

His other stuff, though I like it a lot, is pretty different.

Does anyone have recommendations for me along these lines? I'd love to hear! I've also enjoyed some of Sillkie's stuff.

DJ Wanka - Phil Collins Dub is filled with Chord Richness ;-)

Or if you like the female vocal, but want deep bass, try 'Von D - Show Men (Skreamix)'

Thanks everyone-- I'm really enjoying the Von D. and Sam Frank tunes-- not sure why I didn't check out more Sam Frank before.

+1 to Phaelah...amazing artist. Afterlife by Lung might do it? A lil darker but still rich melodic.
Also possibly Finally ft La Roux by Skream?
