They're constantly airing and collecting the money 24/7. I doubt they'll have time to help anyone that comes with an initiative as there will be thousands.
That's why I came to DSF, to check if somebody has some idea's what artists to contact, how to do the payment etc.

You could try and get them to take a 5-10 min phonecall from you, were you explain what your doing, and tell people how to go about grabbing it. If THAT got on air, would get you some major extra promotion.
