Anyone produce music on there laptop ?? i cannot for the life of me find an answer to my question anywhere Basically i have my laptop and my usb midi keyboard but recording is horrible because of shagging latency issues and also the fact that i can never get too busy with a track because once ive laid down a drum pattern then loaded my first vst, loading the second then causes jumping, hissing, crackling ect.
At this point your thinking mate you need one of those usb audio interfaces.
Ive searched around and dont see how id plug my usb keyboard in as all they have is inputs for mics
and midi.
Ive seen they exist but is all i need a USB-XLR, USB-MIDI cable???
