doesn't get much better than this.
Although you could say I'm not exactly a fan of religion, I did enjoy this movie a lot.

Watched Snatch yesterday, I expected it to be smarter. The editing and acting was perfect though.
The story line was perfect, huge twist at the ending as well. And imo Snatch is a brilliant film, i was drunk when i watched it though so i could of been some what biased in that decision.

has anyone else seen The Iron Lady? I didn't enjoy it that much. I know it was a film that was made about the life of Thatcher rather than the politics but it really did seem to glorify her in some respects. Meryl Streep was amazing in it though...

Brilliant, thought provoking and beautifully shot with an intense soundtrack.

Dead Man's Shoes

thought it was good, but I didn't really like the ending much.

Saw Scorsese's 'Hugo' today. As long as you take it for what it is at face value this is a good movie. Has the charm that so many family movies sorely lack these days. May have helped that I watched 'A Trip to the Moon' two days earlier. Watched in 2D as 3D is just an expensive gimmick I've never seen used effectively.

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.

"Point Blank", fucking phenomenal action film. Best i've seen in years.

Also saw "The Guard", equally as excellent.

Intense film. Man wakes up trapped after a car crash with amnesia, a broken leg, and a dead body in the backseat, starts tripping out and hallucinating.

That poster is misleading.

really cool film, i wish i could tell you why, but if i did and you havn't seen it, it'd destroy the entire plot.
dont read up - just watch.

sucha shit film, paranormal activity meets exorcist - with a cliche horror ending where all the main characters get killed in under 2minutes.

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.
