i hope when this kinda stuff gets popular in the united states, we get some decent rappers over these types of beats. these british dudes are nasty, but its gonna take some time getting acclimated to their accent

Word.this is some serious sigging type thing going on here.garethom wrote:Take the time to look for yourself. You might find something that you weren't expecting to like. Expand your horizons. Think not as a listener of hip hop, but as a listener of music.
You will be at peace my impatient friend.

Re: I need some recommendations
I like this guy
If you're looking for something with more energy (also more hip hop influenced), Bassnectars good.
I recommend his albums Cozza Frenzy and Divergent Spectrum
However he's not really dubstep.
I saw some people already gave you some Loefah, he's completely ill.
Look up dubstep on Wikipedia, believe me, it'll do you a world of good.
Some names to look into:
Distance (dark, evil sound)
Mala (Reggae influenced)
Coki (a little heavier)
Skream (groovy)
Kryptic Minds (deep, dungeon sound)
And plenty more!

try 96 bars of revenge - JME.
Get JME's whole Poomplex mixtape, not just that tune. And Scorcher's version of it.
