whats up with ur current needles?

Often they skip because people have their decks set up wrong. Do you have any blank records? stick it on and adjust ur arm/decks so that the record goes around with the needle keeping still. It should not go to the center or off the record but just keep spinning.

When ur needles are wearing out they collect dust instantly and then just skip across the record imo.
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

i think its a multitude of problems, i think one arm got bent in transit so the weight is all off on it and without the penny on top its just drifting into the centre. They also collect a bit of dust as well. its a bit long. but i got them for free so i cant complain that much. ive got a few vinyl with a blank side so ill just try what you suggested now. cheers man!

Putting extra weight on ur carts will make the needles wear out quick and also ruin ur wax!

If you got Technics a bent arm should not matter too much but if it is bent quite bad then it will also wreck stylus and wax too!

just had a quick google and youtube has videos. Also make sure ur decks are level and not on a funny angle.
