Re: Human Translator
If you want weird, very strong dreams even better than cheese is just to get someone to wake you up or interact with you in some way early in the morning, but not so you properly wake up, and then just fall back asleep again. Whenever this happens to me, I have crazy strong dreams that I often remember

Dog? What about a Polar Bear?B-90 wrote:Hordes wrote:I get this a lot, last one was a polar bearJizzMan wrote:a lot of my dreams end when an animal of some sort comes bounding straight at me to bite my head off.
I'll answer this becomes it has come up a few times.
The dog is representing a loved one and is also representing loyalty. The fact that a dog is trying to kill you suggests you have been betrayed by someone you care about.
Tell me doc, is it serious?

where'd you get it from?Laszlo wrote:noam wrote:either way, im interested![]()
I've never heard of it being used for that... not even sure how that would work.
I started using it as a dietary supplement (for brain health and fat loss) - it crosses the blood-brain barrier and improves cognitive function, helps prevent brain cell degeneration etc. etc.
As soon as I started taking it I noticed a big difference in my dreams, not necessarily in the content but the colours and ability to remember them. I have frequently woken up thinking 'wow, that was better than any film i've ever seen'.
Sleeping has never been so much fun!

My brain is being a scumbag then, as it's going to take many more dreams to cover all the weaknesses in my intelligencePedro Sánchez wrote:Your brain is exposing you weaknesses in your intelligence, so you wake up a STEP YO GAME UP.knell wrote:I'm sure they reveal things about people's personality, but then again so does a normal conversation with the person.
what really bakes my beans is when someone in my dreams is smarter and/or funnier than I am... how does that even work? it's my own brain is making up these characters and yet I can't tap into that intelligence/humor when I'm fully conscious.
maybe it's just my perception of them, like an emotional trigger that makes things seem smarter or funnier than they really are... either way, that's messed up, straighten up, brain!
so what's that say about me, mr. b-90? hopefully not dissociative identity disorder.

It's probably because someone is doing better than you and your jealous, It's someone you know well and probably are very good (or have been very good) friends. You feel that you should have been the superior, you think you made them what they are and that without you they would have been nothing, yet people around you disregard this and believe they are the better person.
This person has probably been absent from your life for a while, but every now and then they crop up and you feel a bit disheartened at the fact their beating you. I'm guessing this has became quite apparent in your mind and started to invade your dreams.
My advice; Learn to respect yourself more and stop distancing yourself from this person.... be the best you and not something else.

Re: Human Translator
This is hard because attack, harassment and fighting are all very vague in the dream world and mean an enormous amount of things. The fact it is based in a house you grew up indicates it has something to do with you past but again this is very vague.Today wrote:lmao
I dream of getting attacked or harassed, and getting into an altercation .. and sometimes my arms are too heavy and i feel like i'm running thru water, powerless.. and then sometimes i break out of that and start swinging on the person, sometimes with a weapon, until i realize i've nearly bludgeoned them to death.. then i look at the person again and they've become someone defenseless like a child, or even an infant (somehow the proportions and sizes change but without me really noticing until it's happened)
and then i get hysterical crying about how i've just beaten the piss out of a child
When i can recall the location, it's happened in front of an old house i grew up in.
What say you?
I can only guess at this and use my own intuition to read it. and thereby this is what I feel:
Something in your past haunts you from time to time. I don't mean something like you were attacked or molested or anything like that. I mean You did something which you regret. This could be anything from a small and innocent matter of stealing your mothers cigarettes to something major like raping your pet monkey.
What I'm saying is you forget about this for long periods of time and then your reminded of it and feel shame. Your dream is a defense mechanism trying to beat that horrible memory or regret out of you, but as your quite a reasonable or nice guy (I don't know you so I can't judge) your dream develops another defense mechanism ( The child) This new mechanism is trying to tell you not to worry about it, it has happened and is now a thing of the past.
My advice, just forget about it, move on from it... or if theirs any guilt remaining open up to someone about it .

I am quite jealous when i get drunk regarding my girlfriend, but always ignore it best i can because jealousy is not an attractive attribute.

Re: Human Translator
a recurring scene in my dreams -
i'm trying to run away from something, depends what exactly, but nearly every time my body feels much too heavy and i feel like i'm hardly moving at all... like i'm physically incapable of moving any faster than slow-mo. i often wake up directly after this or forget what happens as the resolution.

One of the most common dreams, usually refers to lack control in your life or you are not dealing with a certain problem that is bothering you.bela wrote:a recurring scene in my dreams -

Re: Human Translator
i had the fighting dream again this time it was the worst ever
victim was a skinny pre-adolescent and i beat the living shit out of him
the guilt immediately sinks in as i shove him out my front door
and while i keep shutting and locking my front door, it keeps unlocking all by itself and swinging open, over and over
the kids in a bloody heap right outside the door and i keep shutting and locking it and it keeps coming back open
fucking horrible way to sleep, going thru this shit in my mind
