the largest problem with your strategy is that it'll probably work and in a few million years, we'll have evolved back in to monkeys.

if it was a slow process of a couple of days /weeks then i had an air raid shelter in my garden. i would dig like fuck to find the entrance (its underground).
my mate has shotguns and bare shells, theres a sword in the loft. theres a hench tesco round the corner so supplies would be fine. if i somehow had to weapons then id be slinging turntable platters like david slung rocks.

I have an assortment of shovels and gardening equipment.
I'm pretty handy with DIY... My house would end up being like

My brother has the worst/most retarded and dangerous plan ever:

-steal dads car (despite the fact that my brother doesnt even know how to drive)
-rob the cornershop for cigarettes
-trade the cigarettes for a shotgun (apparently his friend has already agreed to this)
-use the shotgun to blow the head off the guy who runs the saddlery and gunroom in biggin hill
-steal the guns
-drive to the coast
-steal boat
-sail to france (successfully navigating past the coastguard and/or navy... good luck)
-hole up in Mont Saint Michel due to it being a giant fucking castle in the sea surrounded by water at high tide and quicksand at low tide...
also its full of weapons and suits of fucking armour


personally i would just try and hole myself up in a cash and carry with big metal shutters on all doors/windows
