don't really know if they regard themselves as "underrated" (i presume what the author meant with the title of this thread is "unreleased artists that should be released"), tho - here are few from this forum -

err - the list could go on and on, tho - there are loads of decent beats, so you can look at this post as a bigup to all producers on this board!

underrated isn't offensive so you shouldn't tell people to fuck off if you don't agree, lots of artists considered underrated are pretty damn popular
