How do i add subbass?
I use FL studio,
i use massive and fm8 (fm8 i havent figured out yet that well) but i got massive down pretty well.
the track in my sig has an okay drop in my opinion, when it comes to the rhythm, but it seems i dunno... weak, like when you listen to popular dubs, there is a ton of bass and midfreqs, but my bass doesnt. i basically just want a wider bass sound.
i layered massive with 3xOsc, with one sine wave, dropped down to the point that it had a big rumbly bass sound like i wanted, but after i mixed it into my song, and rendered the project, it went away.
What should i do? what plugins?

Re: How do i add subbass?
instead of adding a sine wav to one of your osc of your midfreq bass, make a seperate instance of massive and make it completely dedicated to a sine sub, then place it under your midfreqs, highpass the midfreq bass to about 100-120hz that way there is room for the sub

Re: How do i add subbass?
your sub bass doesnt have to be exactly the same as your midrange, (notes wise). Just look at as another sound and write sub lines around the rest of your tune, and just use one oscillator on 3xosc set to sine wave with the coarse down.
