Fuck me, last night I dreamt that I'd failed the no-fap challenge. Wasn't a wet dream though. Woke up relieved/hungover. I probably wouldn't have had that dream if I'd scored last night. I get the feeling that after a couple of weeks my standards are going to drop big time and I'll sleep with a fat bird just to get laid and remain in this.

Well since you can have wet dreams...I would say the only thing that disqualifies you is getting off by your own physical movement or touch.

So I guess you could have a girl do it.

I thought the having sex was the only legitimate way to get out of no-fap February (as opposed to going on the list of shame). Doesn't really count as completing it though.

The real purists will abstain from sex as well but I don't expect you to alienate your girlfriend for a month just for a challenge.
What's not permitted is the instant gratification of jerking it solo. If you put in the work to get your girl off and then pull out and pull off, that's fine. That's not the same as succumbing to an adultfriendfinder ad and filling a kleenex in 2 minutes flat.

It's like comparing the pleasure of a drug to a natural endorphin high from rigorous exercise or a peak experience. As long as you're not taking the shortcut, you're in the clear.
