Hi guys and gals, just wondering if anyone knows if using film/tv sound clips in tunes is an infringement of copyright?

if those tunes become commercially avaliable then most likely yes

yes, unless you have permission to use them. But chances are, noone will find out. If they do find out, chances are they won't care. If they do care, chances are they won't do anything about it.
