There is a name for them, their Tiki, look more Maori than Hawaiian.

Livity Sound ones are particularly good though. (Maybe they aren't and Google image search doesn't show the good stuff haha)

and #2 has been availble at Chemical for quite a while, #3 might take a couple of months, I think that was the case with #1 & #2. Can get it online at Punch Drunk or Idle Hands or Hardwax though.
