Nice words, bela... reads well, so I guess they haven't decimated your work too badly. Gutted I had to miss that Jaar gig - I've got to get back into the swing of mid-week partying this Spring.

thank you all!
as with anything in the digital media age, i'm sure RA is concerned with readers' attention spans -- all the points remain so i suppose i can't complain.

you didn't miss that much magma -- as i tried to suggest, he's probably better received in a venue that has space for about 4500 less people

one of my mates has rcently moved to china to start teaching, and has admitted he literally doesn't know one word of chinese, cant even say hello. on top of that he was getting really odd messages from the person he's meeting there like 'i cant wait to see your face for the first time' and 'it is my dream to meet you'

at his leaving do, another mate mercilessly ripped him all night for not bein able to speak any chinese, the bit thats still cracking me up now is how he kept going back to him and saying 'you dont even know how to tell them to "please use lube" or "only one at a time thank you" '

ahahahahahaha still creasin thinkin bout it

and jus seen this come up on facebook fromthe same guy

"jamie, i just read on bbc news about this human trafficking scam. apparantly they advertise for "english teachers in china" and these people fly out there and end up being pimped out in mongolia."

ahahahahaha

still tho, massive respect to him for doin it, balls to just up and leave

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.
