Look at the 3xOSC in a freq analyzer. That plug aliases like a mofo. Don't know if a true sub sine would put anything up there... but.

FM8 can be a bitch for that too. i had a totally inaudible peak at 20khz, it was going past 0db and i wouldn't have known. Was trying out some crazy fm stuff. 8)

What are you mastering out at? ive noticed a master at 0db when converted to mp3 distorts.

Try the same track but have it peak at -3.0db instead..

(might not help but i had that problem today, where the masterd track was brickwall limited to 0db and when converting to mp3 (which is another form of compression im told) is went horrid,. i put the track into my d.a.w and moved the slider down -3db ( as it never peaked above 0db)

They have confirmed that everything, even a 128kbit mp3 will be converted to 128kbit mp3 again for streaming, so I wouldn't recommend that. They probably just have too many uploads every second to differentiate and instead just have an automated conversion process for every single file period.

Replace 3xosc with Sytrus on the track that has this problem, and set oversampling to 4 or so times. Do you still get that nasty harmonic?
