Well then in all seriousness, any highly caffeinated drinks such as coffee and energy drinks boos your metabolism. So if your running on an empty stomach i could see how you would begin to feel sick. When i have a second cup in the coffee in the morning after skipping breakfast i start getting crazy tremors in my hands.
