Tried to go old school, i think it needs a good synth to go on top of the sub.
Any feedback appreciated!

Hell yeah. It's pretty good. But I agree with you about the synth. However, the sub is good enough by itself. Just introduce the synth later.

Nice man what have you done to the hi-hats? and what do you use to produce? Liking the breakdown at around 45 secs. i think maybe use that melody but with short stubby notes instead of the delayed longer notes after the breakdown too
