Looks like another transformers to me, with pop stars in leading roles to ensure they recover their budget and then some. No other reason in the world to offer a role to one.

Man wtf happened to Liam Neeson, he seems to be in everything these days, going for quantity over quality?
Of course I'm judging before I've seen it, but I'm quite sure it's the standard action alien transformers invade major US city movie.

I like the idea of the site, but there's a lot of that yeah... stuff that just sounds like begging.
There was a show on History Channel called Invention where people presented inventions to some guys who invest, it seemed promising but failed as I think they went more for filming 'weird/funny things we can show on tv', though there was a couple of interesting things.

I don't see kickstarter as much different than how people have been raising money in the past for independent projects, like through telemarketing random numbers and pitching ideas. At least the website can't randomly call me... yet.

The sound and editing in the video are pretty lame. You should probably consider making it look and sound a bit more professional if you want to get more donations :W:

Only watched it once but the music overpowers the vocal too much, the editing in the gun shot part at the end wasn't strong enough, plus the samples used didn't sound of a good quality

such a good film! theres a scene with loads of shooting and shit that i swear is one solid take, madness
Blew my mind. I think the longest scene that they did in one take was around 4 or 5 minutes or something. I watched the special features on the DVD (which I don't normally do) and he showed how the famous car scene had to have this track rigged up in the car so the camera could move around to film each of the characters faces in one fluid scene. Absolutely brilliant movie IMO!

Children of Men proves that deeper dubstep does have a place in films, I mean it's just so unmistakably British, but gritty and alien/exotic at the same time. Hearing Anti-War Dub was awesome, also I didn't realise Indian Stomp was in it til just now, heard it in the background of the scene were they arrive in the ghetto. Gave it a real tribal, anarchistic feel

There was some in Black Swan too, but it was quiet and in the background. Jakes I think it was, and someone else but I don't think it was featured. Then that Chemical Brothers tune blasted really loud and ruined it imo.
I think Mary Anne Hobbs assisted on that film. And Clint Mansell of course.
I prefer the prominent jungle/dnb in Pi, it made it feel a lot more hectic and intense... blended really well.
